Kotu Beach is a beautiful and pleasant resort on the Atlantic coast of Gambia. The beautiful beach, swaying palms and roaring seas. Here you find all you need. On the beach are several nice restaurants where you can enjoy a snack and a drink. Nearby is a nice market where you can shop.

To develop a hotel on a building ground of 16.000 square meters.

It will be a fenced park. The height of the fence wall will be 200 cm. The front side will be lower with sea view. In the Hotel, there will be built several different holiday accommodations with a total of 102 bedrooms with facilities. Inside the hotel, there will be constructed bungalow structures and apartments of the following specifications:

When the development of the bungalow structures has progressed into suitable accommodations, then the facilities of the Hotel will be realised phase by phase.
This will not bring extra costs for the owners of bungalow structures or apartment. 
Facilities to be developed are for example: 

·         A swimming pool with large area for sun beds. The size and location of the swimming pool will be determined later.

·         A pool bar and restaurant for drinks, lunches and dinners. Also the location and size of the pool bar and restaurant will be determined later.

·         To build a little supermarket for the daily necessities.

·         Reception area with a conference room.

·         The total land area of the hotel will be designed into a garden with indigenous plants.
